Hi there it sounds like you have a major positive to earth problem ,check you battery and see if the voltage is right then check the battery side to the fuse then check across the fuse for power, then check when key turned on check the positive on the coil and see if there is power to them if there is not it could be the ignition switch or your kill switch but for it too blow a fuse there is a definatly something earthing the positive wire maybee worn the plastic from the wire touching the frame hope this helps

Yamaha warrior 350 won't turn over

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, needs to be 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
4. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
5. Tip over sensor needs a reset.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.
9. Starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty.
10. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
11. Check for engine trouble codes.

My kolpin fourwheeler will idle, but stalls when i give it gas

hello, make sure your spark plug is getting a good blue flame, if not you may need cdi, i replaced one on my atv, would idle all day would not rev up, cdi boxes is the brain of your atv, motorcycles tells it what to do as far as firing, timing advance, hotter fire to plug etc..my atv is a 2000 350 warrior, their known to not have very reliable cdi, lots of problems with warrior cdis....

I have a 2002 yamaha yfm 350 warrior, how do i find the chain size on its chain? On the sprocket it simply says 40, what does this number mean?

the 40 simply states that it is a 40 tooth sprocket. The stock chain size for that atv is a 98 link 520 chain.

My 350 WARRIOR WILL NOT FIRE I HAVE CHECKED THE WIRING AND IT IS FINE AND THE COIL BUT I STILL CANT FIGURE OUT WHY IT WILL NOT FIRE

take out the plug and hook it back up to the insulator cap, turn the engine over to see if you have spark.if you do not than trace down your plug wire.it chould connect to a small box.that is your starter coil.it needs to be replaced.

Yamaha warrior atv [yfm 350] bogging problem

Try checking the switch for your parking brake. It is the top wire in the clutch handle boot. This wire connects to your CDI box, and restricts the RPM's while the parking brake is engauged. To find out for sure, trace the wire down to the plug under the headlight assembly and disconnect it. Now try starting you machine and give it some throttle!
