Question about 2002 Honda VTR 1000 F Firestorm
Start with changing the flasher. Also do a complete check on your charge system, all your cables and connections to make sure all of the connections are clean and don't have any corrosion. Also run a check on the battery. Very good chance it's weak and it picks up enough charge to run everything well after you've been riding for a while. The flashers just aren't getting enough voltage after it's been sitting.

Yes it can be, do you have access to a volt meter? Get to the battery and read the volts as it is running. or take the battery to a local parts store to check the Cranking amps. They can see if it is a good battery. If it is good and holds a charge, you will have to check the charging system on the bike.

if you can get to your battery, trace the red positive wire, until you find the fuse, or look for your fuse box, / pannel, and have a look in there.
