Kinda not normal. Your question is hard to understand, but i will give some kind of answer as to what I think you are saying. make sure the throttle stays at full or high speed. I'm assuming that this is a GAS rotary mower. also make sure the cable going down the handle does not move.
If it consistently shuts down when it warms up you are probably losing ignition. It sounds like you have a weak ignition coil. There is two or three different adjustments you can make to the carb. Idol speed, low speed mixture screw(pilot) and high speed mixture screw(main jet) If you can get a good vid of the carb I can direct you
Check your engine idol. It could be that your idol speed is set to low. It should probably run at between 800 and 1000 RPM. If it is not then your idol is to low.
No you are confusing the idle screw (a thumb-screw) with the air/mixture screws, these are turned inwards (clockwise) until they lightly seat & then back out the specified amount You should have the bike tuned by a professional who should include synchronising the carbs, this will let the engine run more smoothly, idle at lower revs ,increase speed & all-round performance speed

The high speed needle valve needs adjusting and it takes a special splined tool to adjust it. I currently am trying to find where I can purchase the tool to adjust the high and low carburator screws.
Check for vacuum leaks on the high idol. You have a speed sensor or wiring issue with the tranny. Will need to be checked somewhere with a computer to know for sure on the tranny.
If the mower is reving up and down it sounds like a carb issue it most likely needs rebuilt and adjusted I would also change the air filter on it after you get it repaired to help keep the carb clean.
the idle screw can be located by following the throttle cable to the carby body, you will find a quarter wheel which the cable hooks into at the bottom you'll see adjustment screw, this will adjust your idle speed.
