Question about Honda CR 125 R Motorcycles
The bikes and engines are always changing for the never ending search of improvement. While the answer isn't definite, I hope that i can help.
Depending on if the cylinder head can be re-bored or if it has a coating like Nikasil will depend on the ease of obtaining a head. Many shops can machine a head to fit the motor...and there are many motorcycle savage yards that may have what you need. If all you need is to re-bore the head then that is far better and more cost effective (as a used head may need to be re-bored anyways) As far as the motor fitting into a frame..measure themotor and the placements of the mounting brackets...new brackets may need to be fabbed but it can be done with a little imagination...and money doesn't hurt either
