Sounds like you need to have your carbs balanced, also check the vacume pipe for perishing.

Suzuki 2007 gsxr 750 blowing head lights and the two little "park lights" stay on after switching out battery this year. I had baught the voltage regulator that the daler said would fix the issue but

lights fail from a fluctuation power supply
when a ground wire is loose or the bulbs are loose in the holders
the resultant problem is arcing which burns out bulbs as the current increases as the resistance drops the voltage

2007 GSXR 750 was stuck in the flood..water was as high as bottom of the gas tank...i drained oil/water n did it again..changed spark plugs cleaned out air ducts and air box...all lights come on but when...

This will likely be one of two problems
1....Your battery , even if it is showing 12 volts may be bad and not giving you the necessary cranking amps to fully engage the starter and turn the motor over
2....Due to getting wet your wiring is corroded and needs to be cleaned, especially the ground, and then remounted tight.
Try these and see if it helps

    97 gsxr 750 doesn't idle back down

Throttle cable maybe the culprit if carbies are 100% good. Check length of cable for kinks, squashing or undue wear on shroud. Does throttle grip snap back at all steering angles. Ball end of cable in twist grip maybe binding in the grip housing, cable often bunches at cable end from severe bending to get it in or out of slot.
Double-check the starting plunger is not loose, and throttle adjuster rotates freely for all carbs.
Check again (I know, it's a hassle) needle jets are all rising and dropping smoothly and in unison. A needle out of sync (on wrong notch) will effect idle speeds.
Tip: If engine revs high and you load engine (in first, slow clutch release, no throttle) and bike stalls, your problem is confined to one carby. If it's got some grunt (won't stall) you have issues with all of them...generally.

Kawasaki GT 550 - erratic tickover

Put a carby kit through it and clean, inspect and blow all ports through, check intake rubbers for any leaks, (pin holes can change air fuel ratio) Especially check for obstructions in your idle/bypass jet, do the kit first so you know its right, then tune your idle mix until steady.

    Revs whilst moving

I have seen this symptom with a broken motor mount. The engine torque lifts the engine and pulls on the throttle cable. When the engine comes to rest, all goes back to normal
