Freezes up while in use

- Thanks for the reply but I tried that and it did not work,However the problem was solved by doing a full factory reset but it wipes out your previouse information. this is done by First turning the unit off. Then press and hold the bottom Right corner of screen and then while still holding bottom right corner down press and hold the power button until yoy see the screen go white with a black dot. then follow the onscreen instructions until re-calibration is complete. I imagine this can solve many problems and cannot hurt regardless of problems.
