HARD TO START WHEN RUNNING IT DIES UNEXPECTANTLY ?

Try replacing the plug.could also be a spark problem from the coil .you can purchase a spark tester which you can fit between the plug and lead .pull start mower and watch if spark is good.if ok then get a can of carby clean start mower and spray carby clean spareingly while running and if it keeps going the fuel is the problem

Fuel pump and filter are suspected, consider replacement.

Mass air flow , crank sensor . I wouldn't discount anything . Having a scan tool that can view engine sensor data would be a great help too , testing fuel pressure and flow and back pressure test the exhaust .

Hi, Replace with correct sparkplug. You have a bad plug replace it and you're good to go.

start with the obious ---- is the fuel pump running ? -------- Fuel filter plugged ?

First remove the cover on the back of the fridge and check if the compressor is running. If it's not, then it could be the start device .Remove the power from the fridge, pull out the start device from the compressor and shake it. If you hear something inside is moving, replace the start device.

Carborator needs cleaning

it sounds like timing to me if it dies when you put it in gear.it can idle fine but when you put it in gear and it dies then you have timing problems
