Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Basically, seated on the bike, the left coil goes to cylinders 1 & 4, while the right ignition coil goes to 2 & 3. Both coils have 1 terminal that goes to the IGN + 12, while the other would go to the CDI unit. The IGN +12 wires to both coils would have the same color.

Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

    Offhand, I have observed no difference how the wires are connected to the primary terminals. However, old habits...if the coil has terminals top & bottom, then top is IGN+; if the terminals are left & right, closest to frame would be IGN+.

    Incidentally and should it interest you, the ignition coil when measured:

    • + to - primary 3 ~ 5 ohms;

    • either + or - terminal to HT 15 ~ 18 kilo ohms.
    If your concern is no spark, then perhaps below tests/checks would help (working backwards):

    • when cranking, there must be spark, 1 terminal of ignition coil IGN +12, at least 1 wire of CDI IGN +12, neutral light on, side stand down. Try with or without the clutch lever pulled;

    • the other terminal of the ignition coil should have a pulsating voltage;

    • the CDI has interlocks that must be satisfied for it to fire;

    • the CDI is triggered by the pulser coils. The pulser coils produces very very low ACV.

    Cheers.

I have a 2004 chevy trailblazer with 4.3 v6,and it started to run rough like its missing. how do i figure out if its the injectors or the coil pack and wich one

Sounds like a bad wire, or at best a bad connection. Verify all of the conncetions, at both ends. Make sure you don't take more than one wire off at a time. If you connect the wrong wire to the wrong plug the car will run like a junk heap. A bad coil usually means no spark.

What does the orange light mean on your sony pulse headset? And why doesent make noises when its turend on?

check the cables to the base-transmitter station. If they are firmly connected or try to replace them. Most of the wireless headphones of some more advanced design detects incoming signal and switches to mode on wich indicates with another color when the sound dissapears the headphones detects no sound and goes into a powersaving mode. Usually the headphone itself doesn't fault very often, cause they are battery powered and the powersupply isn't wavering like the powertransformer to the base-station due to the irregular power from the ac outlets, wich is why any electronics should be connected to a surgearrester list.
Another thing to check for is there any sound coming from the tv/game connector, try to connect a nother speaker assembly or headphone or if the connector is of a low signal type, a amplifier with speakers or headphone make sure you don't have to much between where the sound comes from and the headphones. Let me know if some of my advice helps you!

I cant get my games console connected to my tv

Connect with cables that match up in color to the back or side of your tv. Keep in mind wich input your plugging into. Then on your remote for the tv or the buttons on the tv, run through the different inputs while the game console is on. You should run into the picture on one of the inputs. Hope this helps.

Hi guys I was wondering on the dewalt battery wich side is positiv e which side is negative thanks james

is your battery is new and you want to install?if that so,you can distinguish between positive & negative by means of:
1. get rid to the color of wire or marker.The
standard color of positive is red.
2. If no color,positive have a cross(+) mark & negative
is minus (-).
3. If you have a multi-tester,adjust the control to 50v on the "DC" section of the tester and connect the tester's rod to the batery terminal.The rod color red & black whics means positive & negative..if for instance you connect the red rod to the batery terminal 1,and the black rod to the batery terminal 2,and the neddle or indicator of the multi tester moves through clockwise direction:
it means that the batery terminal where you CONNECTED THE RED ROD IS THE POSITIVE...but when you do the same process or same way to test but the needle of the tester goes into counter clockwise direction" it means that the batery terminal where you connected the red rod is the NEGATIVE.

But how about if you dont have a multi-tester?You can do this way..:
get an electrical motor of a turn table or a blower of a computer.the terminal of the said motors are red & black.Now,you conect fix the red terminal of the motor to the one terminal of batery and you conect the black terminal of the motor to the other terminal of batery( BUT CONNECT IT IN JUST ONE (1) SECOND AND NOT TOO LONG BECOZ YOUR MOTOR WILL BE BURNED DUE TO OVER VOLTAGE). Now,if you do this test and you noticed that THE TURN OF THR MOTOR IS IN CLOCKWISE DIRECTION" it means that you had connected the right terminals,.so gid rid to the colors becoz the batery trminal where you connected the red terminal of the motor is the POSITIVE.

Printer 6540

First of all u need to assemble the printer and need to ensure that the printer has a steady green light on Power..
If any light blinks it means there is some problem with the printer..
To connect the printer with your Laptop u need an USB cable which has a rectangular connector at one end wich will be connected to the Laptop's USB Slot and the other end of that cable will have almost square connector wich will be connected to the printer...
Before connecting the printer U need to install the Software on the Laptop and connect the printer when system prompts..
remember the printer should be powered on while connecting to the system..

If your tv just has the yellow / white, this means the audio is MONO, wich means 1 speaker, not Stereo, just connect the white onr, and leave the red one out, or... you could connect the audio to your stereo!
