2010 Honda accord removal front left fender

Is that a question? Is it dented badly? Can you not open the door and see the bolts in the door jamb? Then others right under the hood? Then you may have some behind your fender liner. Maybe even a bolt or two under your rocker panel. You have to open you hood, your door and remove the bolts. If it doesn't feel loose, then you have more bolts. Or was this a question as to the cost of having one removed? Most costs for removal are also a cost for installation of a fender as well. Simply removing a fender and putting one back on is not very time consuming, so long as there is no damage. The cost arises when you try to put a fender back on but nothing lines up. Just to change a fender out your labor is about 75 to 100 bucks. If you need body work or paint it can be anywhere from 100 to 500 dollars. Typically, if it isn't crazy damaged you can get a brand new, after market, primer black fender for about 75 to 100 bucks and installation for about the same. With paint? Depends on the color. Red is expensive--- gold, silver, or black is cheaper. From start to finish with damage and cost of fender and paint is about 300 to 4oo bucks. I recommend you find a painted one the same color and break out your size 10mm socket and ratchet and do it yourself. Car Part com Used Auto Parts Market Use DISTANCE in your search criteria, as you dont want to have to have a fender shipped. Good luck. I hope this helped?

How do i remove the rear fender on 2012 nightster

Secure the motorcycle upright on a suitable lift and then remove the main fuse and the seat. Lift the motorcycle just sufficiently to remove pressure on the shock absorber bolts and remove the lower ones and then lift the motorcycle higher to increase clearance between the tire and the fender.THEN unplug license plate lamp connector and the right rear lighting harness connector which has a brown band on the harness near the connector and then also unplug left rear harness connector and carefully pull both rear lighting harnesses and the license plate lamp harness through the holes in the fender and free all of the harnesses from the fender harness clips and remove rear turn signal stalk nuts from under the fender on both sides. THEN loosen and remove the front fender support screw and washer and nut and then the rear fender support screw with washer and washer and nut plates if present and remove the screw and washer attaching the rear fender brace. If necessary remove license plate lamp module harness from the upper harness clips on the left side of the inner and separate the license plate bracket from the rear fender brace. THEN remove the rear fender strut covers and the attached turn signal assemblies from the fender struts and pull the turn signal harnesses through the fender holes and struts as the strut covers are taken off. THEN put suitable materials between each fender strut and fender to protect the paint. It might be best to have someone assist and hold the fender at appropriate times. THEN you can remove the seat post with its washer and screw.

How or where do I unplug and then remove the rear turn signal from an '03 Fatboy?

The wire connection should plug into the taillight. Remove the lens and you will see what I'm talking about. You will need to remove the black connector after you unplug it and probably cut the silver plug off to get the wire through the standoff. If you're good at soldering, just cut wires about 2 inches from the black connector and solder them back together and coverr the splice with heat shrink when finished. Good luck!

04 yamaha turn signal doesnt work

Hi, JD before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced you OEM lights with LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. Having a hard time getting the rear turn signals loose enough to get the sissy bar docking side plates to slide into place on my 95 Lowrider. The bolts are very hard to loosen. I've gotten them...

Your turn signals should have hollow bolts with wiring running thru them correct?? Now remember that you have to take the other bolts off or at least loosen them, on the rear strut. So you should have covers on the struts, then the struts themselves (frame) then your rear fenders.

Usually I have to manipulate the fender and kind of bend it inward as i work in the sissy bar. Use cloth though on the fender so you dont scratch the paint. Dynas can be a little challenging, good luck.
