Pull the pipe off, take and unhook the tube going to the water pump let it drain. but if you want to drain it out of the motor then you will have to do some tearing apart. to refill it take off radiator cap fill it start it with the cap OFF for a few seconds (this works the air out of the system) then turn bike off and top it up.

Bleed cooling system


Drain out coolent from the drain located near the bottom of your radiator. Add whatever your going to use as the flush. Start engine and let warm up completly. let sit till cool. Drain. Refill with proper coolent.

Kdx 200 leaking oil


Check the oil drain plug, case interfaces (center case is typically sealed with a special flexible silicone sealant (as your dealer for something like Yamaha Bond or case sealant), clutch side cover (typically a gasket), and the sprocket shaft seal (these get eaten up by dirt and constant exposure to grunge). If I have a leak, I look at the sprocket shaft seal first. If you over fill the case (it should be between the two lines in the clear window on the clutch side of the case when bike is not running and upright (like you were riding it)), it may come out the transmission breather during riding.

Put any 4T oil that's available in your place, usually it takes only 800cc to 1000cc.

i run Castor oil 20/50 in all of my bikes or rotella 15/40 you should be able to see it in the site glass when you drain all of the old oil and refill with new oil

Washer fluid in the coolent


if u didn't run the engine no, just use a hose and flush tank, if u did run the engine just drain and refill the radiator with 50/50 solution of long life antifreeze, also flush the coolant reservoir with a hose as well..
