Hello, I could feel a little hesitation while riding. when I used the turn signals some times they hardly worked then I went over a bump and engine bogged and lights dimmed. I drove it @ 1 1/2 miles more and when I slowed topull into my driveway it quit and will not start. it is a new 2008 lambretta uno 150 with only 675 miles on her.

Hi james.
this could be lots of things but as you say its a new one so before you start messing around with it i would take it back from whom you bought it from and let them check it over.

I NEED TO OPEN MY SAFE. THE BATTERY IS FLAT AND THE KEY IS NOT WORKING

i have little respect for safes that use batteries ever since i heard many can be "bumped" to open them. bumping is little more than one hand on handle to open safe and one hand holding a mallet (hard rubber to protect finish) then hit safe from different angles while gently trying to turn handle to open position. it's same principle as opening a pin tumbler with an oscillating device (VI- BRAY - TOR). takes a soft touch and a little patience until you get feel of technique then will be easy in just a few seconds.... Telling us the model/manufacture might be a good idea too

2002 nissan altima When I turn on the ac my car feels like it doesn't have the same power While driving it feels like the car has hesitation or slipping When the ac is turned off the power from the engine...

That could be several things, or nothing at all. The ac compressor does use some horsepower when it is being used. But the engine should have enough power to overcome the load.
So the engine performance may be a little weak, or the compressor may be using more power than it should.
Does the engine feel normal when pulling hills or at take-off ?

Try cleaning the Mass airflow sensor and replacing the air filter. You can buy the spray MAF sensor cleaner from any auto parts store for about $6.00, ask the parts guy how to use it.

My 1987 jeep cherokee jerks a little but only at speeds lower than 60,what is the problem

Need more description. Do you mean it pulls to the side, vibrates, wallows on bumps, engine hesitates, transmission shifts up or down hard, etc.?
Is this the whole car, through the steering wheel, through the brake pedal, etc.?

Rough riding dakota

I would think, most likely the shocks are bad. The springs could be weak, but I would think it would sit a bit low. I'd check the stabilizer links. The vibration could be a bad universal joint in the driveshaft. I'd replace the shocks first.

Saab 93 - noisy when going over bumps on the road.

Have you tried driving over a bump whilst also applying the brakes? (Right foot on gas, left gently on brake - with no one behind you!) If the noise goes away, then it could be the brake pads that are not fitted correctly. Only posting this, as this just happened to mine...the mechanic took it over bumps and noise was there. Applied brakes whilst going over bump, noise went away. Replaced badly fitted rear pads (had been bodged by another garage) and the problem was solved.

Multiple issues

2. Interior and exterior lights. The other day I was detoured thru an area; hit a hard bump and all interior lights went out. Upon further inspection found all exterior lights were not working except brake and turn signal which are fine. I checked the fuses. Ohmed the relay coil and contacts in a de-energized position which all apear fine. I even removed the light harness for my trailer lights.

Don't blame the bump, blame the assholes at Chrysler. Have it checked at dealer, you will get Front Control Module and Power Distribution Module both have internal shorts. Get your money out and slap down about $600 to have them fix it. This is a quite common problem with the Chrysler Vehicles. They are laughing all tghe way to the bank. No more Dodges for me ...............ever!
