SOURCE: I have a 2007 Suzuki

I just use what the tire says max. pressure is unless you're a really big guy,250-300 lbs. then I would use 3 or 4 psi less.Maximum pressure I have found gives the best even wear on the tires.
Good luck and ride on!Greg

Right turn signals stoped working

if its the front indicators then have a look in the front headlight as the wires will feed up into the light and connect etc.
if it is the rear then remove the rear cluster via the bolts undre the fender and follow the wires looking for a break or a short.
also the fuse box is under the seat have a look ast the fuses.
hope this helps.

Charging the battery

Turn off ignition. Disconnect battery terminal leads, ensure fluid levels are ok, connect charger leads. It is best if you remove battery so you can give it a clean and save your bike if something is amiss somewhere and it erupts or leaks when charging. Try the sites below for manuals or go to Wiki Q & A under S40 Boulevard, then wade thru' for links.
Cheers.

How do I change spark plug of 2005 suzuki s40?

Remove the seat (three bolts). Drain and then remove the gas tank (two bolts in the front, pull backwards and to the left as you simultaneously pull up), and disconnect the gauge harness and speedo cable. Obviously you need to disconnect the fuel line from the tank too.

Now remove the left head cover and you'll have access to the plug.
