I just bought a 2007 ZX-14. When I get off of it I smell a faint burnt oil smell. When I look under it I see like maybe a drop of oil on the oil plug. It is something I need to be worried about or is it...

When you next change the oil, use a new sump plug washer, it shouldnt leak.
Hopefully the previous owner hasnt overtighted and damaged the thread. Even if he has its not the end of the world , as there are thread inserts that will fix this.

How do you get access to battery on 2006 kawasaki zx14

You heed to remove the front seat and fuel tank cover. The access cover for the battery is on the right side of the bike just beneath the fuel tank cover. There are 5 - 8mm bolts that must be removed to access the battery. Some people leave the top 8 mm bolt out when re-assembling so your dont have to remove the fuel tank cover next time.

My 2009 Kawa Vulan 500 LTD fires on one cylinder

with the bike being new you wouldn't think it's the spark plugs, but you must remember that those are the first plugs that motor has had in it. the plugs are always supposed to be changed at the first service. try changing them and see what happens.

How to gain access to spark plugs ZX 14

If it's anything like my Z750, you'll have to take off the tank, then the fuel pump that lives under that. Not to mention a few loom connections etc. Really better off taking it to the dealer, as balancing the tank on the frame, whilst trying to remove fuel pipe as you try to drink cup of tea/listen to radio/find spanner/look for dropped tank's just a whole load of hassle.

I just pay the garage to do it. lol Really - it will save a lot of heartache.
