SOURCE: 2002 Dyna wide glide. Will not IDLE

not running for a year! You have a varnish buildup in the low end circuit of the carb. You will need to remove the carb and do a full teardown of the carb to properly rectify this problem. SOMETIMES we are able to free up the passages by putting SEA FOAM cleaner in the tank , fill her up with fresh fuel and ride through the tank and it will clear up. SEA FOAM can be purchased at an auto parts store and is sometimes very effective. 1/4 cup to full tank fuel.

SOURCE: does anybody have a wiring diagram for 2006 dyna

You will need to purchase a service manual. P/N 99481-06A from Harley Davidson. Any dealer should be able to provide you with one for approximately $65.00.

SOURCE: capacity of primary oil on a 01 dyna wideglide

Three quarts. Check the oil level with the bike on the side stand. The dipstick has two marks on it. The top mark is "Full Hot" and the lower mark is "Full Cold". Maintain the oil level between the two lines. Do not overfill.

How to bypass the bank angle sensor 2000 wide glide @

Hi, Bobbie a Bank Angle Sensor-Tilt Sensor-Tip Over Sensor are electrical components usually mounted around the battery area. These sensors shut down the engine when the motorcycle leans or tilts pass a specific amount of degrees from vertical. The degree angle varies from make-model-year but normally it's around 45 degrees. Recycling the ignition switch from off to on to off with the bike in the vertical position generally will reset the sensor so your engine will start again, you should refer to your owners manual for specific instructions if recycling does not work on your machine.
