Are all wires clean and with a solid connections? Check the loom. Any abraded wires? Check the operation of the ignition switch with a volt ohmmeter. Is the bike in neutral and the neutral light is lit up? If no neutral light, check the neutral switch and neutral switch wire on center casing. DickCanFixIt asked good questions. There should be a small fuse box near the battery with probably three fuses inside. Have you checked those?

Sorry to tell you, but you may have to lay out a little more money for detailed instructions. Below is a website with repair manuals:
http://www.servicerepairmanualonline.com/category/motorcycle-manuals/suzuki/
OR you might try looking at the electrical system, points, wires, plugs, distributor, rotor or whatever your cycle has in its electrical system.

Yamaha TW 200 starts but won't run.

If the bike has sat for a long period of time without being run - the gas that is sitting in the carb(s) will shellac.. Then the carb(s) would need to be cleaned and "rebuilt"..
