Is there anyone out there that can answer this question???? 2001 Magna with front end wobble, worst at 35-45mph, vibration greater than 85mph. Started after new tire mounted. Old tire bike rode smooth. Wheel has been balanced twice, forks are correct, rim is not bent, rotor is not warped. Thinking this has to be a defected tire.

A worn or damaged front end part. Tie rod end.drag link, ball joint, worn bushings the list goes on and on.The front end needs to be checked out to see what needs to be replaced.
I am not familiar with your ABS as to how it is fed to the brakes but I am pretty sure I know what you are talking about. It sounds like your ABS is activating which is in my case the wheel hub. You will notice a wire harness coming down to your wheels and where that attaches is usually where the problem is. (problem being if I am correct when you brake you are getting a rapid pulsing rather than a smooth brake)
Couple of checks , mud in front rims will give you a wobble. Front tire cord seperation or loose wheel nuts. , Wore out tie rod end, front wheel bearing play, or a weight has fallen off the rim and it needs balancing. If it is vibrating your steering wheel, have the front end looked at right away.
Defected tire, new one put on and smooth as glass.
