SOURCE: i have a kx65 that starts runs for a minute then

You are probably running it too rich try adding more gas to the mixture. I would go with either 32:1 or 40:1.

SOURCE: KX65 will not start, has spark and fuel, What's next?

make sure you have compression
ensure fuel will flow out of garb drain bowl when fuel tap on (you need to override vacuum operation by "prime" position)
check the reed valve, must open/close properly
new spark plug

I have a kx60 i bored the barrel to use a kx65 piston i put the motor back together and wont start

1. check for spark, check spark plug for fuel too. alot or none.
2.make sure your getting fuel to the carb
3. check your compression since you put the new top end on.
must be 114 psi or better.
3.make sure your reed valves are good.
4. make sure, your exhaust pipe is not clogged.

If you have good spark, fuel flowing, and compression, it will start.

if you took the rotor off make sure the keyway was installed or it wont fire correctly, the rotor will spin on the shaft if there is not a keyway installed.

make sure you have good gasoline, and good oil mix
i run 50:1 fuel oil mix.
You bike will start up if you have, spark, fuel, compression
Best Regards

I would check the jetting by the color of the plug. If it's black, go smaller main. If it's white, go larger on the main. If jetting won't cure it, it probably has a crank seal out. My kid used to race these, and he blew out a crank seal trying to start it with the wash plug in the exhaust. Did the same thing as you're describing. Good luck!

You may grind off material on the side of the V-Force block as long as you don't go past the casting and carb boot surfaces. It won't affect the performance at all. Good luck!

Fresh fuel? Drain the old stuff out, put fresh fuel in it, lean the bike over until fuel comes out the overflows and give it another try.
