SOURCE: headlight and taillight out on harley

Have you checked the fuses that you just replaced? Something caused those fuses to burn, what? If you have a short in the ciruit, you may have already blown the fuses you just replaced. That's what I don't like about fuses. You blow so many of them while trouble shooting the circuit. Circuit breakers are much better in my opinion. You just listen for the "click" when it opens up meaning you still have a short somewhere. To find out about anymore fuses that may be in the bike, you'll need a wiring diagram. Might be time to purchase that service manual. If you use the book to repair just one problem on your bike, the book has paid for itself. Labor rates are very high these days.

I have a 1999 dodge ceruis. I quit running going down the highway at 70 mph. It was very low of oil. Do the have a ciser shut down system

You are fortunate that the engine still cranks. If it overheated when it shut down it is possible that some of the electrical components may have been burned out.

And if you did permanent damage it is possible that now the engine is not cranking fast enough to start.

Good luck.

My 1998 chevy blazer died going down the highway, what is wrong?

Multiple possibilities. Will start with easiest/cheapest. You don't mention check engine light (that would give codes), so I'll go with the same issue we've had with newer Blazers. That would be the ECM in the distributor. When ours started going bad, it would cut-off intermittently. Well one day the intermittent was terminal. Anew ECM, for the 2.8 V6 (1987) is approx 45.00. You would have to price it for your vehicle based on year and engine size. The worst case scenario is loss of timing gear. (That happened on our 67 Buick with 300 V8). Another thought is what happened to a friend. He's putzing on down the highway when his 88 Pontiac Grand Am simply quit. His computer had bit the big one. Those are the only things that come to mind, other than running out of gas or your alternator had quit charging your battery and the battery finally lost enough power to spark the plugs.

Motor cutting out

Without getting too specific, there is/was a recall on this exact problem. The bike would just cut off... completely shut down, no power even if you were flying down the highway at 70 mph. Check recall list with HD for more info.

Check the starter relay. Everything you're talking about gets it's power through there on the earlier bikes.

2002 regal would slow down going up hills then

the catalytic converter most likely is no the sorurce of the problem, older design bead type Cat converters used to plug, but it is very rare on the newer ceramic honeycomb cats, u need to have the electronic engine control tested, are u getting a check engije light? if not has the fuel filter been replaced every 30,000 miles? also a part called the Mass Airflow sensor can cause these symptoms as well as igntion system problems.

Stalling out at highway speed 1998 chevy metro 1.0

Generally stalling out while cruising could be a crank sensor, fuel pump, or ignition module. Being it only happens intermittantly I would suggest getting it checked out by a pro before you get stranded. This is the type of complaint that can be a nightmare to diagnose so be prepared for an expensive diag

Speed o does not work right

it sounds like there is a mechanical problem in the gauge it's self.
I'd replace it with a unit from the junk yard.
The speed sensor is on the transmission.  Good luck.
