When you change a crankshaft position sensor, your engine computer will lose the readings for the crankshaft position and thus lose the spark timing.
Your vehicle now needs what is called a "CASE learn" to run now and will not run until this is done, regardless of anything else. This procedure will essentially allow your PCM to reprogram the timing back to normal. Most dealership and repair garages can get you going.

not all scanners a created equal. You need to check for trouble codes...............but it must be fixec by now.

have you checked the fuel injector? if enough fuel is not getting through when accelerating it could "choke" causing the hesitation

How did the Battery test out?
Anything below 11.9v battery is dead.
So I suggest that you do not throw any more parts and check the battery again.
