SOURCE: My BT1100 will not start.
Normally I would say it was dirty terminals, but a jump start should by pass that. Because of the clicking sound, start with the terminals, then try to find your stater motor and try to identify where the sound is actually coming from (ie take the seat off). The solenoid is the next thing that makes that noise, and finally if all else fails, then your starter motor is cactus. I cannot find a manual for you, but have a look yourself, you might find a comparable one that will help you.

i had same problem turned out to be electrical issue check all your wiring connections under the seat and under your fuel tank and if there all fine try checking that your fuel pump motor is running mine wasnt because of damp on my wiring connectors. when you turn on the ignition the bike should click a few times and your fuel pump should come on look under your tank looks like this with 2 tubes running from your fuel tank http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/yamaha-fzs-600-fazer-00-fuel-pump_W0QQitemZ250559832283QQcmdZViewItem?rvr_id=&rvr_id=&cguid=6d2769071260a0e2048322d3fffcee00
this needs to be running or you will be riding the bike on gravity fed fuel and as soon as you open the bike up you will not get enough to the engine and will cut out hope this helps

SOURCE: 2004 honda cbr rr1000 want
The battery and stator. Both needs to be checked and replaced. The stator charges the battery when bike is running. If the battery is old, as per me battery life is approx 2 to 3 years. In your case battery not holding charge. Replace the battery, this should take care of problem. But if problem is same then stator also has to be replaced.-------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
