Where is the alarm fuse for a 2003 toyota LEcamry? i don't see any alarm fuse pictured on either diagram on the fuse box locations. fuse box

The alarm is tied into many systems on your vehicle. There isn't just one fuse that you can remove to disable it.
Even if I knew, I couldn't tell you. I'd be telling you how to steal a car.
However, maybe if you tell me what the problem is I can help you to get it working properly.

Got a new remote hoe do i programme it to work

Who made the Alarm, when was it made. Is it setup to accept programmable alarms. There are a lot of variables. Your best method to get the information is to look in the user manual for the alarm or search the web for your alarm. ie GOOGLE: {Alarm manufaturer}+{Alarm Type}+User Guide On may Audiovox alarms you can disconnect the Negative terminal on the battery and when you reconnect it press and hold the Alarm off button on your remote and the alarm detects and sets to the signal on others you have to press a switch on the alarm horn to do this. It varies.

My radio will not tell the weather aor sound an alarm

The NWS has specific criteria for sounding an alarm. You probably haven't experienced weather severe enough for the National Weather Service to sound the alarm. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/nwrwarn.htm gives you an in-depth explanation of the procedures that occur when an alarm is sounded. It also gives you the certain events that must take place in order for them to sound an alarm.
