Hi, Bob Confederate motorcycles are an exotic high-end piece of machinery that for the most part is made entirely in house and they only produce around 100 or so units per year. I have scoured the internet for service, parts and owners manuals to no avail, there are no websites that have any helpful information to assist Confederate owners except for Confederate.com and even their website is of little or no value. I will try and do my best in answering basic questions but will be unable to offer any additional pertinent information due to its unavailability there are however forums that are available to seek possible answers to your issue. Good luck and have a nice day. Harley Davidson Maintenance Tips Softail Dyna Safety Check Fluid Level

Hi what this warning mins ( trans hot idle engine) 2000 yukon 4x4 5.3?

It means that the transmission oil is overheating and you need to cool the oil by allowing the engine to idle for a period of time . The transmission oil cooler is in the radiator and that means that the engine temperature will also be running hot . Check oil level in transmission and adjust to correct level. Check the load being carried /towed as this makes the transmission torque converter work harder and the speed you are travelling at What ever the reason I suggest that you run the fault codes to check for transmission problems

How do you add trans fluid?

You probably already know this but to save any confusion just in case you don't, There is a trans fluid dipstick in the engine compartment there are two dipsticks one is oil then (usually on the other side of oil dipstick) trans dipstick. The tube you take that dipstick out of to check the trans fluid level, put a funnel on that and dump it in there. Take extra caution not to over fill. Trans fluid expands as it heats. So if you check it cold there will look like a lot less than there is. Don't add when you have a measurement between low and high.

How to check autogearbox oil level on 2005 mercedes cls 320

If your car with 5 speed automatic transmission there are special dipstick for it, it only have with dealers workshop, drive there and ask them need to check trans oil, if u found right dipstick you can check it your self, trans mission dipstick tube locate at back side the engine at right of middle, dipstick tube have covered by black cap with read lock, first you have to brake read lock and push remain read plastic lock inside the cap by small flat screw driver, and open cap, then keep engine running and check oil level if your car trans oil cold it should be the cold level on dipstick for check trans oil you must have better knowledge for that it mean oil level be deference and deference temperature better ask mechanic to check it, if your car have the 7speed trans mission you can't check oil level because it's need to plug diagnostics computer in to the your car and get trans oil in to 45 degree temperature, The oil temperature can check only diagnose CPU and also after rich the 45 degree temp need to open drain plug screw and check level for do this must need to get experience technicians service, is this information helped you?

Hi i am washing machine expert. sometimes i thought about to find RPM of any electric motor weather its small or large because its my passion to collect information about my business... so please give me...

i was talk about that... how to check motor RPM? so the solution is....
Calculating Motor Speed:
A squirrel cage induction motor is a constant speed device. It cannot operate for any length of time at speeds below those shown on the nameplate without danger of burning out.
To Calculate the speed of a induction motor, apply this formula:
Srpm = 120 x F
P

Srpm = synchronous revolutions per minute.
120 = constant
F = supply frequency (in cycles/sec)
P = number of motor winding poles
Example: What is the synchronous of a motor having 4 poles connected to a 60 hz power supply?
Srpm = 120 x F
P
Srpm = 120 x 60
4
Srpm = 7200
4
Srpm = 1800 rpm

Hi,

The bike uses around 600ml of gear oil, but you should always check the level at the level bolt. When the bolt is removed, fill oil until it flows out the level hole. Replace bolt. Run the motor briefly and then inspect the level again. Add more oil if needed. Use BelRay trans oil 10w80.

The fuel mix should be 3.5 percent oil to unleaded fuel.
If you are not racing, mix 30:1
Always use a good fully synthetic oil

How to add or check transmission oil

this t-bird has a 5r55s trans. it does not have a dipstick.
it has a "standpipe" type leveling system.
to check fluid level the tranmission has to be within 80-120 degree f.
take the plug out of the center of the fitting located on the bottom of the trans pan. it is a torx 30.
running in park the fluid should drip slower than a coffee pot.
to add you need a npt thread fitting the same as the little plug you removed. and attach a bottle of mercon5 and hose to it. squeeze the bottle to add fluid
then recheck it by letting it drain out to a fast dribble. then install the little plug back in.ead6e26.gif remember 80-120 degree fluid temp.
