Check the ignition switch. If you have the manual, you can bypass the switch (hotwire) to check if the switch is at fault.

Why when i turn the key to start car l get nothing?. i have power

check the main fuse in the engine compartment fuse box , the 100 amp , if this is ok and your sure the battery is fully charged and does actually hold the charge then i'd say it was the starter motor , do the dash lights illuminate etc ?

Check your main fuses for power. If none go back to battery cables

New Battery in Bike, turn the key and nothing happens.

Get a test light probe so you can follow the power lead from the battery to the fuses. It will show you where power is getting to and where it isn't.

2006 four door honda accord turned key and nothing no lights no nothing. thought it was the battery got a new one still nothing checked the battery fuse it was blown so i changed it put in new one and...

When battery fuse blew, the battery would not charge off the charging system, and would require a second vehicle 'jump-start'.
This would be the next simplest thing to checkout.

When i turn the key, nothing happens, not even instrument lights. bought a brand new battery and still nothing.

when purchasing a brand new battery usually you have to fill it with acid then you actually have to charge it, you just cant hook it up and go. after doing that double check the battery cables make sure it has a solid ground then i would check the fuse box and make sure all the fuses are good then i would check the ignition switch make sure nothing is grounding out. hope this helps

Bad battery

though if it was a problem it would have blown the 10amp fuse????Don't rely on on whether the bike will start at a gas station to determine if the charging system is working. Get the multimeter out and do a proper test. Should be getting about 14.5 volts @ around 3K RPM. It's too easy of a test to to just skip. If it is charging then start looking for something else. Was the new battery properly charged to begin with? Loose battery connection? I suppose the GPS could be too much but you said that it was dying last november so I would suspect something else. P.S. you need a properly charged battery to get an accurate reading for the charging test. ,,,
