Question about 1999 Honda CBR 1100 XX Super blackbird

Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Blown instrument fuse.
2. Faulty sending unit.
3. Faulty wiring between sending unit and gauge.
4. Faulty ground or power connection.
5. Blown indicator light.

Leaded fuel is not sold anymore. Unleaded is the only choice you have. On a sport bike I might run the higher octane fuel for a little better performance.
