Two pipes hanging down in avenger

Hi, Anonymous the clear one is either battery or carburetor vent and is supposed to hang for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Gas is leaking out of the fuel lines??????mis connected?

Sounds like you are talking about the over flow, or vent lines. These come from the carbs, and hang down toward the bottom of the engine. If you have fuel running out of one, it could be due to a float sticking in one of your carbs.

How do i hook up my gas tank to my carbs? i dunno where the plug on the the spickets go to where they hook up on the carbs. is there a full diagram where it shows feul lines going from tank spickets to...

There should be 4 open ports on the carb 1 smaller ones towards the right carb to the front which is the vacuum hose that connects to the smaller connection on the petcock, then the 2 larger holes which are side by side 1 on each carb, they are the breathers, the fuel line goes to the one that is the highest connected by the fuel pipe which you can see going through it and then that connects to the larger hookup on the fuel petcock. The breather hoses just hang down but watch where you put them because they tend to **** in dirt if they are closer to the ground try facing them under the seat away from where dust could be although its pretty unavoidable.

On a kawasaki zephyr 750 set of carbs, where do the two hoses that come from between carbs one and two and three and four go( not the vacuum hoses, or fuel hose. Are these the heater hoses?

They are fuel overflow hoses, and just hang down under the engine. If they are not vacume or fuel lines, then they must be the overflow pipes, one from each carby.

81 650 gs whrer do the fuel lines go from tank to carbs

if this is the model i am thinking of it is a twin and has two carbs...one fuel line down to a "cross-over-pipe" ( one fuel line hooks to a "T" type splitter) that then sends fuel to both carbs. it sits in center of the two carbs.....What ypu will have that looks like fuels lines but one is a breather tube, the other is a vacuum line..
so only one fuel line down to carbs....thats if i remember the models correctly.

Fuel leak where fuel tube goes into carb.

Turn the petcock valve off and the flow should stop. If the fuel line is long enough, cut the broken line just above the break then re-attach to the nipple.
