Hi Anonymous, 1992 and later touring models, fuel pump fuses and relays will be behind the right side panel, everything else will be behind the left side panel to access fuses pull back on the front two locking tabs and slide the cover up. Good luck.

There should be a fuse in the electrical panel or under the seat. you might also check that the switch is functioning.

How to change crankshaft sensor on a 2001 cad catiera

Its on the side of the block firewall side ... REMOVAL Numbers in text in parenthesis correspond to numbered components in image. Disconnect the wiring harness (1) from the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor pigtail. Securely attach a scrap piece of wire about 36 inches long to the CKP sensor pigtail. Later, this piece will be used as a pull wire to guide the new sensor pigtail back through the same routing. Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the oil filter and capture any lost engine oil in a container. Loosen the oil cooler lines at the engine block. Back out the fittings far enough in order to gain sufficient clearance for the sensor pigtail connector to pass between the oil cooler lines and the side of the engine block. Remove the fastening bolt for the CKP sensor (1). Remove the CKP sensor and the O-ring seal from the engine block. Remove the CKP sensor pigtail. Observe the routing of the pigtail. Gently pull the CKP sensor pigtail down through the routing path and out. Guide the pigtail connector along the top of the oil cooler lines around to the side of the engine block. Pass the connector between the lines and the block at the point of the widest gap. Stop when the pull wire is exposed at both ends of the routing path. Disconnect the sensor from the pull wire. INSTALLATION Securely attach the CKP sensor pigtail to the lower end of the pull wire. Pass the pigtail connector between the oil cooler lines and the engine block. Using the pull wire as a guide, pull the sensor pigtail along the top of the oil cooler lines and around to the rear of the engine. Use the pull wire to pull the pigtail into position. Disconnect the pull wire from the sensor pigtail. Connect the sensor pigtail to the harness connector. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the CKP sensor and the engine block. Install the CKP sensor with a new O-ring seal into the engine block. Install the fastening bolt (1) for the CKP sensor. Check the harness for proper routing. Make sure that the wiring cannot come in contact with the exhaust manifold. Tighten the oil cooler lines at the engine block. Install the oil filter. Lower the vehicle. Recheck the engine oil level.

Why do ALL lights work with the exception of the left blinker and left stop light?

On almost all trailers, the wires coming from the vehicle plug are wired directly to the lights on the trailer without any fuses inbetween. This means that, if your blinker and brake light on the left side is not working, either the bulb is burned out, you have a wiring issue, or corrosion in the vehicle plug or bulb socket is preventing voltage from reaching the bulb.

Battery tender

No, you must install the pigtail that came with your Battery Tender, or buy one to install. Check under the seat, though, before you buy a harness, as some dealerships install them at new bike set up. Good luck!

Where do i plug the global charger harness?

Many dealers install a charger pigtail on bikes when prepping for delivery. They are usually located on the right side of the bike between the exhaust pipes and rear side covers. Most are two-wire connectors that look like an old trailer connector.

2005 Yukon XL Denali: Heater Blower jsut stopped working?? Is it common for the fuse to go out in these? or something else

Does it work on any speeds? If it still works on high then the blower resistor is bad. On the passenger side under the glovebox is the blower motor and resistor. If possible try wiggling the pigtail plugs that attach to these two components. It is not uncommon to have problems with these pigtails. Also try tapping the bottom of the blower motor to see if it will start working again. If it does The connections are poor and need repaired. If the blower will not work at all check for power at the blower motor pigtail with a test light or dvm. Will be glad to assist further if more assistance is needed.

My heater stopped working, one day a smell & some smoke came out of the vent... I bought a new resistor & its not fixing it> whats next?

Check the pigtail to the resistor and the pigtail connector to the blower motor.Look for burnt wires or melted connection. The blower motor itself may be bad. You can try wiggling the connectors to see if it comes on or tapping on the blower motor. If it comes on doing either the connection is most likely very poor and needs repaired. You can also check fuses just to make sure when whatever burned out it did not blow the fuse.
