Do acompression test it should read at least 100 psi if less the rings should be replaced. Some bikes have a high circuit adjustment screw on the carb if so warm the bike up and adjust while the bike is reved up in neutral and acheive the highest rpm then turn out an additional 1/4 turn to acheive what is called 4 stroking, if high speed adjustment is not present remove the carburator disassemble and clean, blow out tiny passages with compressed air, reassemble and try.

Go straight to the carby turn the mixture screw all the way in then back it out 1&1/2 turns if this fails to cure the running rich & excessive fuel consumption then you need to be looking at doing a compression test if the compression proves to be low you will need to over haul the top end it may be that a light honeing of the cylinder & a new set of rings will remedy the problem worst case scenario rebore new piston & rings valve guides reseat valves.

maby you have touched somthing on the carb when you changed the air filter or maby spark plug is to big or maby faulty try new one or your old one

Depending on what country you are in and the quality of the gasoline, it would not hurt to use a product like Marvel Mystery Oil in the gasoline.

Hi. What you are notice from your scooter is just a normal noise of the scooter because on the first start of the engine it is cold, when its getting hot the noise will gone. So before you run your scooter have engine exercise first as warm up. Also you need to change your engine oil because you already reach the 500km.
