Sputters during acceleration

I recently cleaned the aftermarket K&N air filter on my 2000 Suzuki VL 1500 Intruder LC. I could not get the air box boots to seat properly on the carbs and decided to separate the carbs from the intakes. i do not know what i did but it sputters almost like it is running lean. i would swear i checked everything and can not find a solution. im at a stand still.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you separated the carbs from the intakes. If you mean that you are now running the carbs open to the air, without having the air flow through the filters and airbox, and then into the carbs, then you could be running too lean.

One way to see if it's too lean is to do a plug check. While the best way is to run the bike hard in top gear, that's too difficult unless you're on a race track, so try this; Run the bike for awhile at the top of second or third gear somewhere that you can do it safely, and then disengage the clutch, get completely off the throttle and coast to a stop and turn the engine off quickly. Then pull one or more spark plugs and look at the electrode end, ideally with a small magnifying glass. You can also use the camera on your smartphone, zooming in and taking a photo.

If the plug looks a bit tan or toast colored, you're OK, but if it looks white-ish, then you're probably running too lean. Conversely, if it looks dark and even a bit wet, it's too rich. You should go through the whole process more than once, to get an average.

I have a 2000 suzuki intruder vl 1500 and I jus recently had my whole carb cleaned and all parts replaced. But I have a leak coming from the inside of my engine. Im not sure what it might be. I have been...

Check if the leak is from the air-box, if so the carbs are overflowing & will need splitting to set up the floats
The other likely cause is fuel escaping past the carb bowl gasket, this will mean splitting the carbs as well

Suzuki intruder 1500 LC I have problem with carburator need to rebuild is a kit available? motorcycle.runs terrible backfires sputters poor gas mileage 135km to atank of gas

Intruder carbs are notorious for this issue. What you have going on is that the needle seat has become worn out. The problem is, that this carb was designed with pressed in needle seats that cannot be removed. You will need to search online for an intruder carb rebuilder that can press in the seats for you, as well as change the seals, replace the needle, check the diapragm and jets, and replace/clean the floats. OR, you can try to find new carbs online from a wrecked or used Intruder 1500 VL.
