Turn the bike off with the kill switch. Turn the key and listen for the pump to prime.
If it doesn't.
Check all fuses.
Check your fuel pump relay fuse - try taking it out and putting it back in.
Check you main fuse next to the battery (30A).
If you replaced any fairings or did any modifications to the bike, make sure you didn't mess up the BAS\Roll over sensor as the bike may think its on its side and will not pump fuel.
Check all wires in the wiring harness make sure there is no corrosion and the fuel pump relay is getting power.

SOURCE: my gas gaueg on my cbr 600 f4i is not on

I have an 06 F4i myself. There is no gas guage untill you hit your reserve with is close to 0.9 gallons left. Once you hit that you have about 35 miles left. On your next fill up clear your trip meter which you hold down the bottom left button on your gauges and it will clear it. Ride all the way till your reserve kicks on and see how many miles you have gone till reserve. Now you can use that information to help know how much gas you have in your tank.

2007 CBR 600 When i turn the kill switch to on position why is the fuel pump steady run and coolant fan

Hi, Maria if your ignition switch is in the off position the pump should not run if the ignition switch is in the on position the pump will prime, depending on the engine temperature the fan will run no matter what until the engine cools off you may also want to check for any generated fault codes for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Yamaha, despair not, for a mere zero $ you can download another one. 2005 Honda CBR 600 RR fuel pump not priming

Hi, Houston the following is a systematic procedure for diagnosing fuel pump issues designed to keep "DRACHMA" to a minimum. If you need parts check with Amazon and eBay first to keep costs down.
1. If your pump does not turn on check the pump fuse and relay and all wiring including connectors for corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets.
1. Normal fuel pump pressure is 3-5 PSI.
2. Check any rubber or plastic tubing for age-related pinholes by removing and plugging the ends that connect to the fuel valve and then turn on the ignition switch and watch for fuel streams exiting the pinholes, if any exist, replace tubing as necessary.
3. Check for a clogged a primary fuel filter that comes off the bottom of the pump to screen out big rocks and clean as necessary.
4. Check for a clogged secondary fuel filter that's outside if applicable by removing it from the system and replace it with a short splicing tube turn on the ignition switch and recheck fuel pressure if pressure increases to normal pressure you need a new secondary filter.
5. If all the above check out OK and the pump is not functioning properly then you need a new fuel pump.

Cut wires from a rigged up tail light and now the head light don't work, the fuel pump don't prime and the bike won't start. Bike ran fine the day before.

Fuse "B" has failed due to a shortcircuit when the wires were cut.
There are 6 fuses in the fuse cluster along with the clutch diode.

Insulate or re connect the cables and replace the blown fuse.
Hope this helps.

Honda cbr600rr 05-06 fuel pump primes but bike dosen't start

1. Are you sure you are getting gas to the carbs?
2. Are you getting gas into the cylinders? - are the spark plugs wet after repeatedly trying to start it?
3. Are you getting fire to the spark plugs?

Once you have confirmed all the above are working...
repost with more details.
