full charge bat is 12.6 so about 70% charged with 12.5

starter is drawing to much current a good stater show 9v while cranking

can you boost to start bike an check if charging?
battery voltage ? @ 1200rpm

whats that battey voltage while cranking the engine

posible the starter motor working half due to bad or worn brushes, do not hit starter with hammer

misfire: posible a tight vavle or cracked valve seat
does misfire go away after its warmed up
