Is the check engine light on ? Is the throttle body clean ? Is the idle air control valve working ?
The only code it reads is o2bank one I've change throttle body all sensor I put head gaskets on it it was runing fine then it jus died now every time u start it u gotta hold gas jus a lil once u hold the gas for a sec it will idle but once u shut it off u havta hold gas to start back
The car runs good beside the fact u gotta hold gas down to start.
Would o2 cause this prob?
I can unplug the air idle controll valve and it make no difference in motor
I doubt the O2 sensor would cause it not to idle. The O2 sensor helps the computer adjust the fuel air mixture. Unplugging the IAC will not have an effect, especially if it is not working. The computer opens the IAC to raise the idle speed. It should start out above 1500 RPM when you first start the engine then drop down to 800 or so. The IAC is how that happens.
And I ask again, is the throttle body clean ?
I switched the Throttle body with one off a runing car and still same

SOURCE: my 88 s10 cranks but unless i pump gas pedle it
what engine does it have? 2.8 ? if so replce pick up coil in distributor /4.3 and 2.5 will do this also it affects pulse to injectors and on time firing
SOURCE: wont crank unless u spray starter fluid in
Check The Fuel Filter And Your Fuel Pump Its The Problem %99 Of The Time.

leaking o-rings at the fuel injectors would explain the hard starting when warm-when you hold the petal to the floor, it shuts off the injectors, which will make it possible to start it after the injectors leak down on shutdown. O-rings are easy to replace, just disconnect the battery and pull the injectors straight up to remove, get the old rings out and install the new ones, light lubricate the base of the injectors and pop them back in.
that might explain the high idle too, although usually the idle is not consistent when the injectors are leaking at idle-idle is rough. I would make sure the engine coolant temperature sensor is new (they are very important on saturn, the original one is plastic and they are known to crack easily-the replacement should be brass)-also, check the Idle air controller, best to remove the throttle body (4 bolts) and remove the IAC and clean it thoroughly, being careful not to get the top half wet-sensitive electronics. Clean the post that the IAC goes into, and clean the throttle body (both sides) while you have it out.

Yes, crank sensor may be the problem. Have you looked at the sparks to see if they are strong and periodic? A new sensor is under $20--lucky you. Here is a quick test of the sensor, which is just above the oil filter:
TESTING
NOTE
Inspect crank sensor and connector for signs of oil leaking through the sensor. This would indicate a defective sensor.
