We have played the xbox call of duty for 3 months. game now telling us that profile could not be used . wanted us to renew our gold membership. the console was preowned. do we have to renew or can we...

To play ONLINE Call of Duty then you will need a Gold account. I am assuming that you had bought a 3 month membership to Gold and that is why it has run out?

If the Xbox 360 is used then you still might have a few free trial periods free for 1 month Xbox Live. If I recall previously you could load up to 4 trial accounts. So try just creating a new user profile and see if it doesn't give you one month free for that account? If not then the previous owner has used all the trial accounts.

Make sure you don't use a credit card when signing up to Xbox Live though... it will automatically be set to charge you for renewal when your Gold Account runs out.

If you have to get a Gold account then I recommend you purchase the Live cards at your local store. Some people go onto Ebay and find cheap deals... but I have heard of a few people complain when getting cards that don't work.

Grandson has ps3 for over a year, 2 weeks ago, he cant play any games until he pays licensing fee, 29.95, i pd the fee, now 2 weeks later he cant play again till he pays the same fee. i think he is doing...

I have never heard of needing to pay any kind of fee to play games on the PS3. Is the fee needed to play the game offline or only to play online with others, because I've only heard of a fee to buy games off of the Playstation store, and that is a one-time payment

the lvl cap is 80 on lich king, just try gettig ahold of blizzard, if the "hackers" hav deleted anything blizzard will return it, but the will need proof that it is ur account and ur not lying

Try uninstalling wow. Then restart somputer and install it. If you still have the problem you might try http://us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?locale=en_US&gameId=11&rootCategoryId=2316 This is there Technical Support page. you might be able to find the problem in there. If all else false on that link they have a phone number and e-mail that you can talk to someone at blizzard(makers of wow) that might be able to help you further.

Wow, this question comes up alot :\ This is commonly caused by dust on the laser lens. I'll bet it won't play Blu-Ray discs either huh. Try getting a laser eye cleaner disc and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you'll have to contact Sony and, if your still under warranty, they will fix it for you for free. If your not under warranty then they will charge you a repair fee. Hope this helps

While playing WOW after about 5 - 15 minutes my computer shuts down in the middle of playing

That is what happen to me when i play the sims 2. It is because it is too much for your computer to handle.

There is no monthly fee for Diablo or Diablo II. Battle.net is a free service.

Yes you will be charged once for wow and once for diablo.. but if you suspend your account with wow they will keep you characters indefinetely untill you come back and start again... so just put wow on hold and play diablo.

If my sources are right diablo will be a quick kill and not alot of playability.. you will be back to wow in no time.

Currently, for Diablo 1 and 2, there are no monthly charges. So no, you will only have the 1 monthly fee for WoW.

This may change for Diablo 3, but we'll have to wait and see. :)
