What is the difference between Suzuki part # 990A0-75002 and 990A0-75066? Both are luggage racks. I am looking for one for 06 C50.

  • Anonymous Apr 05, 2009

My bike call for the 75066 and the dealer gave me 75002, told me It was the same?

  • C50T Rider May 04, 2009

I was given the 066 version for my C50T with stock backrest. The 066 doesn't line-up with the backrest support, it is roughly 1/2" too narrow.

It appears that the two racks just have slightly different designs by looking at the photos here and here. That still does not tell us which one is which though. Either will fit your 2006 C50, but it appears you must also have a backrest to mount the rack to.

06 suzuki s50 turns over no spark

First check spatk plug is actually sparking by removing it from engine and reconnecting plug cap, then place metal part of plug against engine, with ignition on crank it over, if no spark try replacing plug first, if that fails check plug cap, lead, ignition coil and all the way back to the cdi unit

06 Suzuki Boulevard C50 won't start.. all fuses are good everything is working well, But when i hit the starter button hear clicking sound near battery.

Could be a dead battery or a dead starter. Get a jump and see if it will start. Also check that the battery terminals are tight and clean. If it still doesn't start, have a mechanic take a look, you might need a new starter.

My 06 suzuki boulevard C50 will not take any gears they all seem to be neutral, anyone know what it could possibly be?

Possibly your clutch is worn beyond any usefullness, or is out of adjustment.
Could also be a broken shift linkage.

DRZ400-E luggage rack options

you could order the suzuki EURO ONLY rack like I did. http://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/partdetail.asp?id=100014&m=97 Costs me about $140 shipped. I ordered it from REDCARCYCLES.COM http://www.suzuki-spares.co.uk/aboutus.html You cant buy it from US dealer. Plenty heavy duty and doesn't stick out past fender, has a nice tapered shape. comes with bracket to mount toolbox on side.
