Just get the piece you need. But you don't mention the make and model of your motorbike. So, I can't be entirely sure.

SOURCE: Need to replace clutch cable on a 2002 H-D Dyna,

To replace the cable, you are going to have to remove the cover on the end of the right side of the transmission. Just follow the cable and see where it goes into transmission. You may have to remove exhaust pipes to do this. The threaded cable end screws into this cover. If the handlebars are the stock type bars, simply replace with a stock cable. If the bars have been changed, you'll have to match the overall cable length to get the right cable.

Starter clutch nut on gsf 1200 w reg is it a left or right handed thread

If you damaged the starter clutch, you very well may have bent the crankshaft... you REALLY need to take this bike to a QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL and tell them what happened.. let them check it out..and then SHOW YOU what they find..

The air condition wont turn on. The windows dont work, and the spedometer doesnt work

This just happened to me yesterday. First, push the AC button to turn the AC off. Then, find the fuse pannel on the driver's side under the dash. Mine is behind the ash tray. Replace the 10 amp fuse (marked fuse #18 on my 1995 Camry manual) and the windows, spedo, tach, etc will come back on. My problem is the bearings on my AC clutch heated up a plastic piece between the AC clutch and AC compressor and the plastic piece blew up and sprayed hot plastic all around the AC compressor. The car runs, but no AC and if I push the AC button, the fuse blows again. I am planning to unbolt the compressor from the engine block, and replace the clutch assembly and pully without disconnecting the hoses. Disconnecting the hoses will vent coolant to the atmosphere and require professional equipment to clean the oil from the system, pull a vaccuum and recharge the system. The AC compressor clutch assembly is available at Advanced Auto for $98. The whole compressor is $247 but requires a lot of work to recharge. You could also take the clutch assembly or whole compressor off and just leave it off and get a shorter (40" in my case) belt to go just to the alternator.
Good Luck.

Need diagram to put on starter drive clutch ***.for 1985 1340cc harley

To replace the starter drive clutch on your 1985 model Big Twin, first disconnect the battery. Drain the primary and remove the primary cover. Remove the starter drive shaft that has the clutch on it. Clamp the drive shaft in a vise equipped with soft jaws and remove the nut from the end of the shaft. The nut is the round piece on the end that has two flats for a wrench to fit. It has LEFT HANDED THREADS. Remove the starter drive and replace it with a new unit. Replace the nut using Loctite 271 red and put the starter drive shaft back in. Make sure you purchase a good starter drive clutch. Avoid the Chinese units as they don't hold up very well. If you need a diagram, go to this site.

Good Luck

1980 yamaha 400 xs starter spins engine doesent turn over

The starter clutch needs to be replaced. At the other end of that chain is a wheel with a couple slots cut at angles. Inside each of these slots is a small cylindrical piece of metal. The whole unit fits over the end of the crankshaft and because of the angle of the slots those cylindrical pieces of metal (which move freely in the slots) will be forced against and grip the crankshaft when the starter is operated. If they become worn down they are no longer able to exert enough pressure on the crankshaft in order to turn it. Buying a starter clutch 2nd hand is not recommended. If you are unable to source one from a bike shop, try and have them made. Take the old ones to an engineering shop. Unless you know how to temper/harden metal of course.

You don't need to replace the whole clutch, you can replace just the belt. You can get the clutch belt and the brush roll belt combo pack for the DC07 here:
