Hi what spark plugs for a Yamaha 400 dragstar. thanks

I would definitely go with an iridium plug offered by NGK for the most complete combustion which increases engine efficiency, fuel efficiency, and power. The part number for an NGK iridium spark plug for a Yamaha dragstar is DPR7EIX-9. These are a bit more expensive at around $7 but are absolutely worth spending the extra money as they are proven to last significantly longer. If cost is a factor, a regular ngk spark plug is around $2 and would be part # DPR7EA-9. I hope I've answered your question satisfactorily and ask for you to take a moment to rate my answer. 02 Yamaha xvs 650 dragstar classic that misfires when it warms up

First I would change all the spark plugs, and if that didn't make a difference then it sounds like the coil(s) are warming up and breaking down........when it starts to skip take a good pair of pliers with good rubber on them and pull each spark plug wire, when you get to the one that the running doesn't change then I would replace that particular coil

Hi there, my daelim ns 125 III can not start. ithought it was the battery but i took power from a car and it still does not start. a friend suggested that it may be the bobina not working. any advice?

OK first check the obvious , check that there is power through the fuse . if yes check that the spark plug is getting spark, if no: change the fuse. if there is spark at the plug check your fuel. check also that fuel is flowing through the hose , sometimes these hoses shrink with weather so keep that mind!

Have problems starting yamaha xvs 1100 dragstar slugish on acceleration until warmed up 10 min + backfires on deceleration and when letting off gas

Hi there fellow XVS dragstar owner!

I had the same problem before. It is usually caused by the wrong jets installed. have it Replaced with the standard jets that came with it... this will solve the problem on acceleration. Make sure the fuel and air mixture knob is set to 2.5 turns-out from full close. clean the spark plugs.. better, replace it with a new one to ensure clean burning of fuel. also, use unleaded gas. this burns better.

hope this helps
