These are two seperate problems. The veering to the left is your alignment. This is cheap, about 80 bucks at sears. The shaking is usually ur transmission or tcs

check tyres for wear-wheel balance needed if visibly ok-have a wheel alignment after a tyre rotation-best even tyres to be put on fronts-they will carry out a safety check all suspension and steering before doing the wheel alignment

Tires need to be balanced. Take it to a tire shop and ask them to balance all 4 wheels. Problem will be fixed.

Steering wheel and tire issue

Have a front end suspension check done to eliminate any worm ball joints -shockies- worn suspension rubbers-- steering problems. If ok have a wheel alignment done and have the rear end aligned first as it affects the front alignment. The violent wobble is castor wobble and indicates negative castor possible from sagging suspension springs. The camber is out at that results in the car following every dip in the road. The camber has to work in conjunction with the toe-in measurement and if the 2 are not correct then you will have problems.

I can not get the key to turn in the ignition

Try to move your steering wheel left and right at same time as you try to turn the key. Sometimes your steering wheel is locked in position..

HAVE A SEVERE VIBRATION IN MY FORD WINDSTAR...

2000 Ford Windstar shakes, wildly at times. Seems to get less noticeable the faster it is driven, but the engine looks like it is having an epileptic fit while idling. No check engine light on. PCV hose seems to be fine. Spark plugs replaced. What can it be?

Look at your motor mounts ( very likely), a bad tire on the driver's side, or perhaps a worn strut or some other worn out suspension part.

As im pressing on the break from going about 45 mph the steering wheel shake as do the whole car could it need an allignment

that seems like you have a warpped rotor. If you need an alignment your car will veer to one side of the road or the other when you let go of the steering wheel at those speeds. Another way to test your front brakes for braking problems is to let loose of the steering wheel at about 35 miles per hour and press the brake quite firmly. If your car really veers right or left then, you know your problem is in the brakes. As a note, about 70% of your braking power comes from front rotors. But the shaking you are describing sounds like you could use a brake job. Pads and rotors are very inexpensive to purchase and rotors these days are not worth having turned...just buy new ones. If you are somewhat mechinically inclined, you can do a complete pad and rotor job for about 150 bucks saving yourself hundreds of dollars vs. having someone do it for you. Please let me know how everything turns out.
