Lexmoto Arrow 125

My Lexmoto Arrow will start but only on full choke and then will slowly die. As it's not rideable on full choke when the engine is warm, the engine will cut out as soon as I dip the clutch unless I've got plenty of revs dialled in. Seems obvious that it's a fuel supply issue but I'm not sure what to check for or how to fix it.

SOURCE: misfiring and backfiring engine cutting out at low revs

take your breather cover off and see if that affects it if you went to a larger jet size you may not be getting enough air to comply with the extra fuel you're dumping in i would suggest drilling a few holes in the breather lid if it straightens up when you remove the lid. i ran into the same problem when i rejetted an artic cat 400

Sounds like you have a ground fault. I once had a car with a faulty ground wire on the headlight, when I put high beam on the speedo would jump to 170km/h and the indicators would glow dimly. Sure sounds like a similar ground fault to me, check all the ground straps, from the headlight or anywhere else you can think of.

SOURCE: Strange thigs about YAMAHA TW 125

Hi
I have been working on my carb today, the pipe from the bottom of the carb should just run down by the bottom of the swinging arm, there should be another pipe from the pipe on the left side of the carb just above the fuel intake which also runs down to the swinging arm and connect to nothing.
Cheers

Engine only runs with choke on. Blue smoke comes out and engine runs rough or not at all

sounds like you have a bad Ring on the Piston or a blown head possibly. Blue smoke means Oil is getting into the combustion chamber. Full choke means you have to give this 'broken' engine a lot of gas to compensate for it's problem.
Do you change the oil at least once a year? Filthy oil or a lack of oil will kill an engine

Honda 125 nsr 1990 wont idle and engine races

sounds like your throttle cable might be frayed or broken, when you pull the throttle and let go does it go back on its own? and can you here a clicking sound when you close the throttle? If you could send me pictures of the carb how every thing goes in and take it apart and take pictures, that would be helpful.

its suffering from fule shortage most likley a blocked running jet in the card ,,,strip the card and clean out the jets with comprested air or card cleaner,,, dont go poking wire into the jets to clean them or you could distroy them,,that why it only runs on full choke
