2004 Victory V92TC Deluxe has been sitting for about 3 months, went out and started it and noticed that it was blowing blue smoke out the left tail pipe whats causing this.

Hi, Russell your instrument gauges and lights can alert you to most electrical and engine issues they can not warn you about failed engine gaskets or seals so your engine has to resort to the old fashion method of colored "SMOKE SIGNALS" here is a breakdown of their meaning:
1. WHITE SMOKE on start-up can is usually caused by a blown head gasket allowing coolant to enter the combustion chamber and may start dripping out of the exhaust pipes or mufflers.
2. BLUE SMOKE on start-up is usually caused by failed valve seals. Smoke that is constant while riding is usually caused by valve to guide and piston ring clearances that have exceeded service wear limits.
3. BLACK SMOKE on start-up is usually caused by too much fuel in the combustion chamber this can be due to air/fuel mixture adjustment too rich, accelerator pump improperly adjusted, faulty choke/enrichner or not in the off position, faulty carburetor float needle and seat, pilot jet too large, fuel injectors leaking, smoke while riding is usually caused by the main jet being too large.
It should be noted that aggressive or abnormal throttle operation will cause these conditions to manifest themselves exponentially.

check your oil dip stick and under the oil cap to see if there is a milky brown foam. If so there is water in the oil. This can cause white smoke.

My 2000 Windstar runs well for first 20-30 mins then it starts to have engine knock it is also using oil but not burning it. Doesn't smoke doesn't show any signs of leaks under car either

Check your engine coolant. If its brown you may have a blown head gasket which is causing it to leak into the cooling system. (expensive fix) but if it's not brown I'd take it to a mechanic and have further inspection. Hope this helps:)

Ive got a motorcycle that was wrecked and know it has white smoke from the pipes

Most people consider white smoke to be oil burning in the engine. But that is not always the case. If the carburetors are pouring too much fuel into the motor that can cause white smoke to pour out of the motor. If oil or antifreeze got into the exhaust system , that could take a few miles to burn out causing white smoke. Lets assume the bike was laying on it's side for a few hours. Did you check your air filter and air box to see if they were full of oil. An overlooked air filter clogged with oil may be all that is causing this issue.

How smoke affects air conditioners?

The smoke is drawn into the unit by the evaporator fan motor, & as the smoke travel through the filter & evaporator coil it leaves a sticky light brown residue, which causes filter & coil to get dirty quickly along with leaving a unpleasant smell.

Give it some time, probably cleaning out some residual from somewhere.....if it returns consult the people who worked on it...Keep all fluids topped up....if you had blown gasket your oil would be a milky brown...Good luck to you friend...Tim
