Hello assuming there were no carburetor jet changes and your bike is running to rich. or you have realy dirty air cleaner.
Fouling plugs due to to much oil could be the wetside oil seal needs replace because it is letting your trans oil enter the crancase or you have worn crankshaft roller bearings.

Pull the plug and see. If there is no plug then a good parts store can look in the book and find the recommended plug for your bike. Do not buy a cheap plug. Get the one that honda installed from the factory.
Don't forget to set the gap
