I have recently purhcased a new Bajaj 2013 discover 125 ST motorcycle. After switching on the engine for even few second and then switching it off, a sound of kat/tak is heard from engine side. This happens not only when I drive for long but even when I switch off the engine after few seconds of its switching on. Thanks

normally pulsar engine sound changes after 4000kms and the kind how you drive matters,if you have smooth handling til 5000kms initially then the engine, clutch, gear box sets to its maxim efficiency.. if ur a rough user then very soon u ll hav wear nd tear in clutch and gear box.. 4 ur problem ask ur service engg. to load up the SISSOR TEETH in gear box, this may reduce the engine noise...

there is a simple trick to improve your bike performance.. here it is. put 3-4 holes in your bike silencer.. thats it. it can improve your bike pickup.. acceleration. sound.. speed.. etc etc.
