not sure what the exact spec are but if you lay it upside down on a table, look to see if the floats are level to the horizon of the earth. If they aren't bend the small push tab one way or the other to achieve level. I am sure there are spec on this but that is how all the mechanics I have ever worked with did it. Just my two cents
