Trying to put a swingarm extension of my suzuki motorcycle 750 gs

I am having my suzuki 750gsxr motorcycle chromed and I purchased a swingarm extension and now I am having trouble getting it on. I first thought that I had purchased the wrong one so now after purchasing 2 of them I still am having trouble with it.

That sounds good but I purchased the swingarm extensions already chrome so it doesn't have any excess on it. I am really thinking that the shop that has my bike just doesn't know how to do it.

I would recomend fileing or gringding a little of the chrome out of the swingarm where the extensions bolt in at. When the chrome is added it can make it tough to get the extensons in.

I have Suzuki gs 750 e, model 1979. The engine is an air-cooled, 4-cylinder,4-cycle model equipped withdual overhead camshafts. I am looking for new camshafts for the engine. Do gs 1000 and 1100...

The simple answer is no. It is possible to put a complete 1000 engine into the 750. but this will involve making brackets etc.
Proberbly the easiest way to more power is to fit the barrells and top end from the GS850. This will fit straight on. Ideally, you will need the 850's carb, but the 750s could be jetted to suit. The exhaust is the same fittings, so you could retain the gs750 exhaust as well. They also share the same airbox.
