SOURCE: oil drain plug

It is located on the right side just under the oil tank ; if you follow the rudder hose that exits the rear right side of your oil tank it leads to the bottom of the frame under this is the oil plug. This hose has a plug clamped to the end of it or stuck into a prug that is welded to the frame.
After this unclamp and pull the plug to make sure that you have the dipstick out before pulling it loose.

Please do rate the solution as "FixYa" if found useful and revert for further assistance.

SOURCE: where is the drain plug located?

Look on the right side of your bike down under the battery. You should see a hose with a "spring clamp" on it. Squeeze the clamp and pull the hose off of the lug on the frame to drain your oil tank. Helps if the oil is warm.

SOURCE: oil drain plug for 2006 flhrs

The nut is a 5/8 socket, its almost directly under the seat on the bottom of the engine. Best to pull out the dipstick to drain the oil quicker. Use a new washer when you refit the sump plug to prevent leaks.

Your owners manual should show the location of drain plug. I can't see much from here. You have to safely raise and support the vehicle. Never use a jack to support vehicle use quality jack stands. Make sure tranny is in park and functional parking brake is set, block the wheels, even then there are safety issues when working under a vehicle. Safety is your responsibility.
Your vehicle is new enough, some of my automotive databases will not have this info. I did see a picture in your owners manual.

I can't send you a picture but according to the drawing, the oil drain plug is in the bottom of the transmission oil pan. It should be the standard hex head type drain plug. Actually the drawing shows two drain plugs, one on the bottom and one on the front fo the oil pan. The countersunk hex pipe plug in the front of the pan looks like it's for draining the transmission. Notice the shape of the gasket. The engine oil is in the pan and the transmission oil drains down through the pan.

Good Luck

Location of oil drain plug on harley davidson road king

The tank on your Road King is on the bottom of the transmission. Look underneath the transmission and you'll see two drain plugs. The plug on left front of the oil pan is the engine oil drain. The plug near the center of the pan is the transmission drain plug. Good Luck, Steve

Where is the oil plug on a 2008 saturn aura?

The oil drain plug is rear side of the oil pan at the center bottom. The attached picture is from 2.4L non-hybrid but they are similar.

(Note that these pictures have brass fumoto valve installed in place of the plug. I am just fancy like that).
