Pulling the axle is relatively easy. The problem you are going to have is replacing the bad bearings. They are pressed onto the axle shaft, and, if you do not have a large press and the necessary special tools to use the press properly, you are simply not going to be able to do this job yourself. I know that this is not what you want to hear, but, I do this job quite often, and I know very well the level of difficulty. I can give you the directions, but the pressing is the main issue that will hinder you. You are also going to need to replace the brake shoes after the axle is repaired.

Buzz sound on driver side wheel

check wheel bearings for condition and adjustment. Check brake pad for thickness as there is a small metal strip that runs on the disc rotor when the pads are low and you may be hearing this

Hi,
Fuel filters for 1995 Toyota 4Runner would be under the vehicle driver's side halfway between front and rear. It is an inline design and would look like the image below. The two (2) ends have threaded openings that connect to the fuel line from the tank and the other going towards the engine.

Did you install the bearings correctly, did u pack the bearings right?

You cant tighten down the bearing nut alot, you have to tighten it down, spin the rotor around a few times, losen the nut back up( like barley touching the bearing and then put the nut crown and cotter pin in

Wicked vibration in front driver side wheel

Make sure the balance weights are still there, they can fall off from time to time. If its not that, jack it up and spin the wheel to see if you have a "flat" spot on the tire. Next grab the tire on the top and bottom and shake it, if there is play in it then the wheel bearing in bad or the ball joints need replacing.

Front brake rotors 1995 toyota 4runner

If you have 6 bolts going around the center (manual lock in/lock out) hub, you are going to be there a while. The center hub needs to come off, and ALL of the internal wheel bearings need to come out. The whole locking hub must be removed in order get the rotor off. This is NOT an easy job, and you need a special tool to loosen/tightem the wheel bearings. Figure 2 hrs per side if you have all of the proper tools & skill level.
