Test the sensor. It's in the radiator, probably at the bottom.

I have a honda cbr rr 600 i need to know how to change the radiator and the fan is also not working the bike runs very hot due to the radiator duhh rite but anyway if u can help me out i would highly...

Park the bike in a flat, easily accessible area, and stand the bike on its center stand. This will make the bike much easier to work on, and less likely to fall...drain coolant.
Use a standard Phillips screwdriver to remove the motorcycle's radiator shroud covers. On most Honda CBR models, the shroud covers will be secured by only three bolts...disconnect electrical end connections on the bottom edge of the radiator fan. Look for things like solder gapping, bubbling and corroding...Remove coolant hoses & mounting bolts & slide radiator and fan out. Inspect your hoses, flush and clean system. I would change thermostat now also. Make sure to use only Honda approved coolant when you refill. This is very important for the life of the pump and cooling system. Good luck, i hope this helps.

Hey there, i bough a second hand honda cbr 250 r and its overheating too mush like the tempreture wont come under H ive bought a coolant yesterday but when i wanted to fill it up i didnt know how and where...

Try putting it into the radiator which is located under the fuel tank. The little white cap that is under your seat is the reserve, but make sure you actually put water and coolant directly into the radiator.

Had a small leak in the radiator of my CBR 125. How do I refill the radiator? Through the Radaitor Cap or via the expansion tank?

take ya left fairings off ( Ball ache) then theres a small screw on the radiator cap undo that and fill it from there. if its been leaking id suggest i little bit of k seal or rad weld in it just to be safe. and top up your reserve tank. thats under your seat. just pop the back seat n its a screw in the back to get it up

Coolant system problem

on my cbr i had a problem w/ the cooling fan. so check to make sure it works. then your going to need to see if the radiator hoses are both warm, if not it needs a thermostat. the water pump is expensive and not likely to break. but, it is possible. my bike needed a thermoswitch, which turns the rad. fan on and off.
