Hi Anonymous, the HD 6R12 spark plug is gapped at .040" Have nice day.

The spark plug gap stays the same regardless of what you change other than the ignition system itself. Set your plug gap at 0.038"- 0.043". I usually set them to 0.035" to get a bit longer life out of them as long as the engine runs alright.
