Did you check the breaker closely. Dryers work on 220 volts, usually 30 amps and that means TWO 110 breakers attached together must be good and putting out 110 volts each. One may be burnt or disabeled and the other working. Also check at the  dryer receptacle and make sure you have 220 or more volts.

It is running rough like it's only running on one cyclinder or boggeed down 2007 suzuki m 109

Easiest way to check it is firing on all cylinders is the check the exhaust down-pipes they should all be HOT! (Takecare when testing if you do not have an infared thermometer, a wet cloth dabbed on the downpipe should due the trick. It should dry very quickly if working and stay wet longer if not working). If everything if fine with the downpipes, next thing to check is that all carbs are getting fuel. Check this out first, then come back to me if all is ok.

After riding my turns signals ,head n tail lights

Sounds like the battery is shorted. Heat is one of the worst enemies of any battery. On a Softail it's almost in an oven. The day was hot so the engine oil was hot as well. Since the battery sits inside the "horseshoe" oil tank, it is surrounded by hot oil trying to get rid of the heat.

Take your battery to the nearest auto parts house and have it tested. Usually this is a free service.
