take a voltage meter on power wires for the horn with aligator clips and press the horn button to check for power. If not check fuse if it is good and you have no voltage probably be a short pinched wires but if you have power the horn has went bad

try www.dynojet.com, they may be able to give instructions, they normaly have full fitting instructions with them including a cd rom did 1 not come with yours, easy to follow instructions
