Hi Anonymous, 1998 and later Sportster models circuit breaker and fuses were located in an electrical bracket behind the starter relay and data link that was mounted behind the left side panel. 1997 and earlier circuit breakers only no fuses were located under the seat and for a free wiring diagram please visit the website below and good luck.Harley Davidson Wiring Diagrams and Schematics

You either need to lube the cables, or adjust them. You adjust the throttle to have a 16th to an 8th inch of freeplay with the bars like youre riding straight. You adjust the snap back with the bars fully to the right. As far as the motor shutting off , you need to use the enrichner ( they call it a choke) until it will idle on its own without rapping the throttle. Also , your idle may be set too low on the carb. The adjustment is made at the idle speed screw , right behind the air cleaner.

There isn't one if your not in neutral eather pull the cluch or it will jump and roll if you start it in gear a car doesn't hav a kill switch if you get out of your car and it's in gear or in neutral on a bike u got to think a little bit more
