Sounds like you need to replace carbi gaskets if that is where it is leeking.Also cheak the tap and the hose are connected if you turn the tap from on to resv to off a few times there may be something lodged in the tap and it may come lose

Look at the hoses... Look for dirt marks or indentations or bends the way they are molded that match the closet solid piece to it...
